Self-conception
We cultivate an integrative attitude that allows us to grow both professionally and personally. We promote sustainable work because real life does not take place in the office. We work with a wide variety of people who bring their experience and perspective to processes for shared, successful problem solving. We take pride in the results of our work, consider them valuable, and try to incorporate social and community criteria into every project.
Permanent further development
We question ourselves, our approach, our methods and our behavior. Although we have strong opinions, we can constantly improve. We will not be able to complete this task - there is always room to grow.
We are always learning - in every project and every day we use to engage with something new. We encourage spending time sharing knowledge, experimenting, learning technologies, or re-sorting our own toolbox.
In this way, we maintain a long-term capacity for development, which we prefer to short-term results.
Trust
We trust in our team, our skills and our clients. We bring our expertise and skills to projects and see ourselves as a respected partner. We are not vicarious agents, but contributing team members. We insist on the trust of our clients in the value of our participation.
We act as transparently as possible and prefer personal contact - with clients as well as partners. In doing so, we observe confidentiality and respect personal details.
Quality
We are our own biggest critics and have internalized over the years to give quality a very high priority. We do not differentiate between a new project, an iteration in an ongoing project or the further development of a completed project. Quality is the prerequisite for success in an increasingly complex environment - for our clients as well as for us. "Fuck it, ship it" does not fit into our self-image.
